These Job Board Terms and Conditions (“Job Board T&Cs”) are additional terms that apply to the use of NBN’s Board. They sit alongside NBN’s general Terms and Conditions [link] and do not replace them.. Use of NBN’s Job Board is also subject to NBN’s Privacy Policy [link], which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and retained.
- Service Description
NBN’s Job Board is a free job posting service provided by NBN, intended solely to facilitate connections between employers and job seekers.
- No Recommendations or Guarantees
NBN makes no recommendation regarding any employer, employee, or job vacancy, and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or suitability of any posting. Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence when offering, applying for, or accepting employment.
- Hiring and Compensation
All hiring, employment, and compensation decisions are handled directly between the employer and the job applicant. NBN is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspect of employment.
- Employer Representations and Warranties
By posting a job, employers represent and warrant that: (i) they are fully licensed, authorized, and permitted by law to operate their business and hire employees; (ii) they have full authority and permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials included in their postings; and (iii) the content of their postings is truthful and complies with applicable laws.
- Monitoring and Removal
NBN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor, refuse, or remove any job posting or content at any time for any reason.
- User Conduct
All users agree to use the NBN Job Board for its intended purpose and not to post content that is untruthful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise offensive.
- Indemnity
NBN is not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the NBN Job Board, including disputes between employers and job seekers. The use of the NBN Job Board is at the user’s own risk. All users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NBN and anyone on its behalf, from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to their use of the NBN Job Board.
- Third-Party Links and Content
The NBN Job Board may contain links to third-party websites. NBN has not reviewed and does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content, products, or services. Links should not be interpreted as an endorsement. NBN does not endorse any employers or job postings.
- Miscellaneous
By using the NBN Job Board, users agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws. NBN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updated terms posted on the Job Board.
