Other websites operated by NBN, including www.nbn.org.il, may be governed by separate terms and conditions.
The Website provides general information, practical resources, service descriptions, and access to NBN Connect services. We try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will be complete, accurate, current, or error free.

- Third-Party Vendors, Service Providers, and External Parties
NBN Connect may, including but not limited to, in the Life in Israel Directory, provide information about, or connect you with, third-party vendors, service providers, employers, recruiters, course providers, governmental authorities, payment providers, technology providers, or other external parties, including service providers with special offers for NBN olim.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third parties are independent from NBN and NBN Connect. NBN does not control, employ, engage, supervise, or assume responsibility for such third parties.
Any listing, link, introduction, offer, or mention of a third party or third party offer for Olim on the Website or in any NBN platform, including, without limitation, the Life in Israel Directory does not constitute NBN’s or NBN Connect’s endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or approval of that third party or its services or assumption of responsibility by NBN or NBN Connect. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and independently assessing whether a service provider is suitable for performing services for you on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBN and NBN Connect are not liable for any act, omission, service, advice, fee, dispute, loss, or damage arising from your interaction with any third party.
Service providers are responsible for ensuring that all information they submit is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. NBN Connect may approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at any time.
- Placement Services
NBN Connect may provide Placement Services for job seekers and employers, including receiving CVs, reviewing candidate and employer needs, sourcing, screening, matching, referring candidates, and facilitating employment-related introductions.
NBN Connect does not guarantee any job, hire, interview, placement, employment terms, salary, visa status, work permit, or other employment outcome.
All hiring, compensation, employment terms, workplace conditions, legal compliance, tax matters, work permits, background checks, and employment decisions are solely between the employer and candidate. NBN Connect is not responsible for any employment relationship or dispute related thereto.
Placement Services are also subject to the applicable Placement Services Terms and Conditions.
- Hebrew Connect
Hebrew Connect may provide or facilitate Hebrew-learning services, including courses, placement tests, small-group classes, private lessons, Medical Ulpan, self-paced learning, online learning, field-specific learning, and related educational services.
Certain Hebrew Connect services may be delivered or administered by independent third-party course providers. Such providers may be responsible for curriculum, syllabus, teaching methodology, instructors, course schedules, class formats, session times, course materials, homework, assessments, placement tests, level requirements, and certificates of completion.
Hebrew Connect services are also subject to the Hebrew Connect Terms and Conditions, including registration, fees, payment, cancellation, refund, attendance, punctuality, course-material, recording, privacy, liability, governing-law, and other course-specific provisions.
- Digital Fingerprinting and FBI Background Check Assistance
NBN Connect may assist with Digital Fingerprinting, FBI Background Check procedures, criminal background checks, document authentication, apostille processes, governmental requirements, and related procedures.
These services may involve governmental authorities, law enforcement authorities, payment providers, apostille or authentication authorities, third-party processors, or other service providers. Processing times, requirements, fees, approvals, results, and governmental decisions depend on third parties and applicable law.
NBN Connect does not guarantee the timing, outcome, acceptance, legal effect, or sufficiency of any fingerprinting submission, FBI Background Check, criminal background check, governmental document, apostille, authentication, or related process. Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet all applicable requirements and for seeking appropriate professional guidance where needed.
Additional terms, consents, forms, instructions, or governmental requirements may apply.
- Stay Connected Communications
NBN Connect may allow users to receive updates, notices, offers, resources, and service-related information by email, WhatsApp, or other channels. By subscribing, joining, or otherwise requesting communications, you agree that NBN Connect may contact you using the details or channel you provide, subject to applicable law and the NBN Connect Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided or unfollow any WhatsApp NBN WhatsApp channel at any time . WhatsApp communications may also be subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.
- User Conduct and Submitted Information
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, offensive, infringing, or harmful content; disrupt the Website or its security; attempt unauthorized access; misuse any forms, contact channels, directory features, Placement Services, or Service Provider listings; upload malware, spam, or unauthorized promotional materials; scrape or collect data without authorization; or use the Website in a way that may harm NBN, NBN Connect, users, vendors, Service Providers, employers, recruiters, course providers, or any other person.
You represent that all information, materials, CVs, documents, forms, listings, descriptions, messages, or other content you submit through the Website are accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.
If you submit information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the required authority, consent, or lawful basis to do so.
NBN Connect may review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove submitted content where it considers appropriate, including where content appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBN’s and NBN Connect’s total liability for any claim relating to the Website or these Terms shall be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you directly to NBN or NBN Connect for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NBN, NBN Connect, and anyone acting on their behalf from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from: your use of the Website; your breach of these Terms or applicable service-specific terms; information, materials, CVs, listings, postings, documents, forms, or content submitted by you; your interaction with any third-party vendor, Service Provider, employer, recruiter, course provider, governmental authority, or other external party; your violation of applicable law; or your infringement or alleged infringement of another person’s rights.
